All items listed on this site are handmade unless the listing says otherwise. Products may have slight variation in color, texture, or finish due to monitor settings and being handmade.

There is a 30 day return or exchange policy from the date received. Returns/Exchanges can be handled locally if in the Miami area or can be shipped back. A pre-paid label can be provided upon request, cost of shipping will be deducted from refund total.

In the event of an issue with the integrity or quality of an item you have received, please contact us directly. Items must be in original condition.

Damages incurred during shipping will require the customer to follow the protocol for lost/damaged items via the carrier. Items marked received by the carrier but not received by the customer will need to be processed via the carrier.

All custom and/or personalized items are final sale.
